Once again this year, the Good Bazaar was a part of the festive atmosphere of the Christmas fair of the town of Trenčín on the last Saturday before Christmas. The weather was nothing like winter, but ideal for our purpose. The price of the items for sale was symbolic, but there were also objects worth 20 € or more, and buyers willing to overpay, which shows in the final sum.
The Good Bazaar was helped by good people. Under a tent on the Peace Square, good mood was ever-present. The sales were made by volunteers, friends, members of the Board of Directors and also the employees of the Slovenské elektrárne a.s. Before lunchtime, Eva Máziková helped with the sales and in the afternoon, the visitors could meet Marta Sládečková.
We thank the town of Trenčín for financial and organisational help, the donors of the objects for sale, and the willing buyers.
