Our invitation to the Good Bazaar was accepted by Karol Czino, the singer, actor, presenter, but most importantly a born "Trenčíner". According to his own words, he felt very much at home and in addition to helping out with the sales, he also sang several wonderful melodies for the whole Peace Square. Thank You.
Our clowns Vlado and Adyno showed once again, why are their regular visits in child-care facilities throughout Slovakia always so cherished and how they manage to conjure up a smile on the faces of not only the children, but also the often harder to cheer up adults.
The collected sum of 1 055 euros will once again go to the foundation fund Dr. Klaun, which finances performances of puppeteers, mimes, clowns and magicians in institutions of social and health care throughout Slovakia for the whole year. The purpose is to donate laughter to the sick or disabled children, separated from their families for extended periods of time.
We would also like to thank Trenčín, the volunteers, our friends from Slovenské elektrárne a.s. and the City of Trenčín for organizational and financial support. We will meet again next year.
